This role is a key position in our organization, focusing on strategic human resource advice and support for senior leaders across various business units.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resource management, with experience in providing strategic advice and brokering people services and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with senior leaders to understand business needs and provide strategic HR advice.
* Be a proactive participant on leadership teams, advising on people matters.
* Provide input into business unit strategy and people matters relevant to business success.
* Understand business needs and translate them into the People plan to guide the People Teams effort.
* Support senior leaders to deliver organizational change in their respective business units.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A relevant Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or other relevant discipline.
* A minimum of 10 years' experience in a generalist and strategic HR role, providing advice on complex HR issues.
* Demonstrated ability to lead conversations with senior stakeholders to articulate business needs and develop an appropriate response.
* Strong interpersonal skills, including establishing and maintaining strong partnerships and communication networks.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of AU$117k - AU$138k, plus up to 15.4% superannuation.
