Looking for a sea-view change without stepping back in your career?

RMS Utilities is a specialist embedded network management business supporting commercial, retail and mixed-use developments across Australia. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Customer Service / Customer Experience Representative to join our team at our Maroochydore office on the Sunshine Coast.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the energy or utilities sector, enjoys solving customer issues, and wants to work for a professional, values-driven business in a great coastal location.

About the Role


You will be the first point of contact for customers within our embedded networks, providing high-quality service and support across electricity, billing and account enquiries.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
* Responding to billing, metering and account-related queries
* Liaising with distributors, retailers and internal teams to resolve issues
* Supporting customer onboarding and move-in / move-out processes
* Maintaining accurate customer and account records
* Ensuring compliance with relevant energy regulations and customer service standards
* Contributing to continuous improvement of customer experience processes

About You


We are looking for someone who brings experience, confidence and a customer-first mindset.

You will ideally have:

* Minimum 3 years' experience in the energy or utilities sector (electricity experience highly regarded)
* Strong understanding of customer service in a regulated environment
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Ability to manage multiple enquiries and prioritise effectively
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Confidence working with billing systems, CRM platforms and MS Office
* A positive attitude and a genuine desire to deliver great customer experiences
