Stroke Fellow Neurology
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Stroke Fellow to join our dynamic Neurology team.
* This advanced clinical role involves managing the care of stroke patients within our Acute Stroke Unit, working collaboratively with Consultants, Nurses, and Allied Health professionals to ensure the highest standard of patient-centred care.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in clinical neurology and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care, excellent communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Mbbs or equivalent and general registration with the medical board of Australia;
* Demonstrated post-graduate experience with sound knowledge of current medical practices and stroke management;
* Excellent communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure;
* Strong empathy, patient focus, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
