As a Strategist at Stonehhart, you will play a critical role in guiding everyday Australians through their investment journey and into long-term wealth creation.

Responsibilities
* Managing the full investment process, from lead to settlement, while being a trusted advisor to clients ready to change their financial future.
* Understanding a client's financial position and presenting them with a tailored property strategy.
* Helping clients reduce their tax, build equity, and take control of their financial future through property.
* Managing the full client lifecycle: from initial contact through to property settlement.
* Following up and nurturing your pipeline with purpose and consistency.
* Actively prospecting for new clients through social media, B2B channels, seminars, and other creative means.

* You have relentless work ethic and a willingness to put in the reps.
* You thrive under pressure and take ownership of your results.
* You communicate with confidence and listen with intent.
* You have a strong interest in property and finance — or experience in the space.
* You're coachable, goal-driven, and not afraid of the word "no".
