About the role
You'll oversee multiple construction programs across Queensland, including disaster‐affected residential sites from make safes and rectification works to flood‐affected material handling, hygienist oversight, waste management and earthworks.
What you'll do:
* Supervise daily site activities across one or multiple projects
* Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers
* Drive HSEQ compliance including inductions, pre‐starts, SWMS and audits
* Lead safe work practices and incident reporting
* Work closely with Project / Program / Operations leadership to meet KPIs
* Travel to regional and remote locations as required
You'll bring:
* Trade qualification in a relevant construction discipline (ideally carpentry or building/construction)
* Knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction
* Experience overseeing subcontractors in a leadership capacity
* Clear communication and a calm, confident approach
* Flexibility to travel and work a 2:1 roster
