The Opportunity
* Lead a portfolio of client accounts and be a trusted strategic partner to your team & clients
* Oversee strategy for your clients, strengthen client relationships and achieve business goals
* Day-to-day campaign management
* Be a thought leader across integrated media channels (on and offline)
* Mentor and manage a small team of three & provide ongoing direction and support
* New business growth (new & organic clients)
* Develop integrated, data‐led media solutions
* Ensure briefs are running on time, brief, and on budget
* Provide recommendations to clients
* Develop paid, owned and earned media briefs
* Develop and oversee annual client plans, activity and strategy
* Develop client reports and performance reviews.
You
* Live in Melbourne
* Have full working rights and do not require sponsorship
* Currently work in a media agency, account service role
* Have at least 5+ account service experience (SAM or newly promoted AD)
* Proven experience meeting client expectations & relationships
* Experience working in a media agency
* Previous experience managing media strategies
