Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Manager located in Sunshine Coast, QLD. The Senior Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of property management, including tenant relationships, lease negotiations, property inspections, and maintenance coordination. The role requires ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, managing budgets, addressing tenant inquiries, and enhancing client satisfaction. The Senior Property Manager will also contribute to strategic planning and identify opportunities for portfolio optimization.
Qualifications
* Experience in Property Management, lease negotiations, and tenant relations
* Knowledge of budget management and property maintenance coordination
* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in property management software and familiarity with local property regulations
* Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
* Attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset
* Previous experience in commercial or residential property management is highly desirable
* Relevant qualifications or certifications in Property Management or Real Estate are an advantage
