The Position:
In this role you will be responsible for the planning, scoping, design, funding applications, procurement and on time delivery of all BRHS capital projects and works. The position will oversee the BRHS Asset Management Framework, the Asset Management Plan for the Department of Health (DH), management of the capital asset replacement plan, stakeholder expectations and all related compliance requirements.
To be successful in this position you will be a great communicator, have a proactive and organised approach to your work and be self-motivated to achieve excellent outcomes for the organisation.
Key criteria required:
* Relevant qualifications/certifications in Project Management, Building Construction or a related discipline.
* Proven experience and strong knowledge in project management of capital works projects including: scheduling, budgets, planning processes, design, scope and specification writing and the ability to lead and manage building trades, consultants and contractors.
* Communicates and influences effectively both verbally and in writing.
* Builds and maintains relationships with stakeholders, team members and colleagues.
* Evaluates performance and identifies opportunities for improvement maintaining a focus on quality whilst seeing tasks and projects through to completion.
