Key Responsibilities:
* Drive clients to appointments and destinations
* Maintain exceptional customer service standards
* Transport clients to events
* Deliver additional services such as shop assistance
* Keepprecise records of client journeys
* Liaise with schedulers and report back to the office
* Confirm pick-up and drop-off times with clients
* Maintain vehicle cleanliness and organisation
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Current open Queensland Driver's Licence
* Outstanding customer service skills
* Highly organised and punctual
* Efficient and effective driving skills
* Excellent knowledge of the local area
* Resilient, patient, and calm under pressure
