Job Opportunity
This is a dynamic role that requires administration and customer service support to the operation of early education centres. The administration officer will provide high-level professional administration and customer service support, including general administration and customer service, enrolment and orientation coordination for new families.
The administration officer will be responsible for communicating effectively with families, performing a range of administrative tasks for the director and their team, and ensuring the centre operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to families
* Perform a wide range of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record management
* Coordinate enrolment and orientation for new families
* Communicate effectively with families, staff, and management
* Manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Requirements
* Certificate III in Administration or 3 years' experience in Early Childhood Administration
* Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
* Current Class C Driver's Licence
* National Criminal History check clearance
* Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office programs, specifically Word and Excel
