Social Strategist and Producer – HealthTech Start-Up
Everlab is an early-stage HealthTech startup that recently announced a $15m Seed stage round, building tech-enabled healthcare that improves and extends the quality of life using cutting-edge medical research and technology. Our products design and coach our members through personalised risk-management and health-optimisation protocols over months and years to measurably improve lives.
About The Role
This is an opportunity for a Social Strategist and Producer to play a foundational role in shaping how Everlab shows up in culture. You'll help transform our mission into engaging social moments and impactful storytelling that gets exceptional reach. You will work closely with the brand and marketing team to make Everlab the most trusted and innovative healthcare provider in Australia by creating social channels that cut through.
Responsibilities
Pitching and executing native social ideas that reach outsized audiences.
Optimising for reach, views and engagement while maintaining brand consistency.
Monitoring trends and incorporating them into Everlab's social strategy in real time.
Maintaining content calendars and reporting on results.
Assisting with coordinating the creation of various content types, including collaborating with and coordinating photographers, graphic designers, videographers, and other creative professionals (internal and external).
Developing social personas for our founding team and maintaining a consistent online presence that reflects their expertise and the wider messaging of the Everlab brand.
Writing sharp, compelling copy and briefing content concepts with clarity and creativity.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in social content roles, either in-house or in agency environments.
Fluent in native and third-party social scheduling and reporting tools.
Basic video editing skills (good or great skill level is even better).
Experience ideating and executing successful content pieces and campaigns across Meta channels and TikTok; experience building audiences on LinkedIn and X is a bonus.
Cultural fluency: You understand how trends spread and can translate them into meaningful moments for Everlab.
Track record: You've created viral moments and you did it with intention. You also know that these exciting moments are underpinned by consistently strong, on-brand social content.
Creative range: You're a strong writer, comfortable briefing video, and experienced collaborating with designers and editors to deliver polished, high-performing work.
High standards: You hold yourself and others to the level where small details matter because they add up to big impact.
Incredible teammate: You communicate with kindness, value honest feedback, and care more about the team winning than individual credit.
Experience creating content around regulatory guidelines (eg. AHPRA, ACCC, TGA) would be an advantage.
