We're here to help veterinary professionals do and be their best — delivering high-quality care, education, and innovation. At AEA, we believe that behind every great vet team is a great support team — and that's where you come in.
About the RoleThe Payroll Officer is responsible for end to end payroll processing of veterinary and non-veterinary pays. * Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, respond to payroll enquiries, support audits, and develop or improve payroll SOPs and processes to prevent recurring issues.
* Communicate professionally with stakeholders, uphold confidentiality, support team operations, maintain compliance with WHS and company policies, and proactively contribute to a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
