**About the Role**
This is a great opportunity to join BOQ Business Bank as a Product Manager, Commercial Lending Risk and Regulation on a permanent full-time basis.
As a Product Manager, Commercial Lending Risk and Regulation at BOQ Group, you will be a vital part of the Business Lending Product team, focused on managing the risk of the commercial lending products.
Your role will proactively identify and resolve incidents and issues and manage remediation and controls, keeping the customer and lender experience at the centre of everything we do. You will also assess the risk impacts and deliver updates related to regulatory and industry code changes and contribute to minimising the risk profile of new products.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Drive the resolution of risk incidents, remediation and issues assigned to business lending product
- Complete product risk reviews and control self-assessments, recommending and driving identified product and process uplift
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and industry code of conduct
- Identify business lending portfolio risk impacts from regulatory change, product development and other change initiatives, supporting the team to implement compliant by design products and controls and reporting as necessary
- Provide product risk related insight to the Transformation team to help inform new product design
This position reports directly to the Senior Product Manager, Commercial Lending Risk and Regulation and does not have direct reports.
**About you**
You have a can-do attitude, a proven track record of delivery and are a keen problem solver. You're a team player who works well with others, builds strong relationships with business partners and are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders. You're well versed within the financial services industry (preferably within business lending) with relevant work experience in preventative, detective and corrective risk principles, including incident management and remediation and are keen to progress your knowledge of business banking to the next level.
