Job Title: Community Support Worker
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Community Support Worker to join our team. As a Community Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable children and families.
The successful candidate will have:
* A warm and respectful approach towards working with clients
* Genuine care for the community and connection to local networks
* A post-school qualification in a relevant field (Health, Social Work or equivalent)
* Competency in using Microsoft Office and client management systems

Key Responsibilities:
* To build and nurture strong relationships with clients who access our services
* To help clients complete forms and attend appointments
* To support clients in navigating external services such as Centrelink, NDIS, and Department of Communities
* To maintain accurate and confidential client records
* To work in a multidisciplinary team and assist with intake and case management
Requirements:
* Criminal Record Screening Clearance
* Working with Children Check
* Current driver's licence or other specialised licence class
