Key responsibilities include developing and implementing effective strategies to nurture and grow relationships with key clients, driving customer success and satisfaction through proactive relationship-building and account management. This role will also focus on identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet client needs, and creating and implementing best practices for building a world-class sales organization.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in an enterprise-level B2B SaaS environment, with experience in post-sale relationship management, account growth, and process optimization. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as is the ability to leverage data and analytics to drive business decisions.
