Role Summary:
The Personal Assistant to the Top Management provides high-level administrative and personal support to ensure the Top Management's time, priorities, and communications are managed efficiently. The role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, flexibility, and the ability to handle both professional and personal matters in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain the Top Management's professional and personal calendar, ensuring effective scheduling, prioritization, and time optimization.
* Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, business events, and personal events for the Top Management.
* Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
* Handle administrative tasks including correspondence, documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
* Manage travel arrangements such as flights, accommodation, and schedules when required.
* Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
* Manage personal logistics, i.e., venue booking, catering, invitations, bill payment.... etc.)
* Maintain personal schedules, reminders, and deadlines.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the Top Management appropriately at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Office Management, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, max 3 years.
* Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and similar tools.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work outside regular hours when needed.
