Job Description
- Oversee daily transport operations, ensuring timely and productive delivery of abnormal size and shape goods.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise logistics and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations and safety standards.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, freight providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on transport performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate maintenance and servicing of the transport fleet.
- Lead and mentor the logistics team to achieve operational excellence.
- Address and resolve any transport-related issues or delays promptly.
