Project Coordinator Role
This is a key position in our organization that focuses on the successful execution of projects. The role involves effective project coordination, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, and possess a keen analytical mind.
Responsibilities
* Drive project planning and scheduling, ensure all requirements are met.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address project needs.
* Support the development of BI reports, SQL queries, and data analysis.
* Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate smooth rollouts.
* Train and support end-users with new systems, promoting a seamless transition.
Requirements
* 1–2 years' experience in IT project coordination or related fields.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Familiarity with SQL and BI/reporting tools, such as Power BI.
* A solid understanding of ERPs, estimating, or construction-related systems is advantageous.
* Curiosity, analytical thinking, and a willingness to continuously learn are essential qualities for this role.
