This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a pivotal centre-based role where you'll build strong retailer relationships, sharpen your commercial skills, and gain exposure to centre operations, financial management, and stakeholder engagement. You'll play a key role in supporting centre performance while developing your expertise across P&L management, administration, and retail partnerships.

This is a hybrid role across both finance and retailer relationship management.
What you'll do
* Support the Centre Manager with retailer engagement and centre operations
* Contribute to budgeting and financial performance outcomes
* Manage P&L reporting, forecasting, accruals, journals, and prepayments
* Identify risks and opportunities and provide insights to support decision-making
* Oversee daily banking, reconciliations, accounts payable, and office operations
* Play an active role in Duty Manager responsibilities
What you'll bring
* Experience in retail, property, hospitality, or a similar fast-paced environment
* Strong relationship‐building skills with internal and external stakeholders
* Sound understanding of financials, including exposure to P&L
* High attention to detail and strong analytical capability
* Confident communication and a proactive, growth mindset
