Job Overview
The Coffee Shop Operations Manager role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of a busy coffee shop environment. This includes managing staff, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
* Staff Management: Supervise and train baristas and other staff members to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.

* Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety standards are upheld at all times, including proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory or management position in a similar fast-paced setting.
