Our unique opportunity awaits a highly organised and proactive Membership Manager to lead end-to-end service delivery and growth of membership programs. This key role ensures commercial success by overseeing membership sales and renewals, product fulfilment, internal and external allocations, and stakeholder management. You will play a central role in delivering an exceptional experience for our members and fans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead annual membership renewals and acquisition campaigns to ensure year-on-year growth and low churn, oversee end-to-end membership fulfilment and manage member communications.
* Be the key contact for venues, ticketing providers, NBL ticketing, and internal stakeholders.
* Track and report on key metrics providing insights to senior leadership.
