An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Bookkeeper with strong trust accounting knowledge to join a boutique real estate office in Baulkham Hills. This is a chance to work in a professional yet supportive environment where you’ll be a key part of a close-knit team.

Responsibilities
- Processing all receipts and invoicing
- Payroll & BASS
- Reconciling both general and trust accounts
- Preparing commission statements for associates, contractors and commission-only staff
- Managing debit/credit transactions
- Supporting new staff inductions including welcome emails and payroll file collection
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance within the REST system
About you
- Proven bookkeeping experience (real estate experience essential)
- Trust account knowledge and qualifications in bookkeeping for real estate
- Strong with numbers and attention to detail
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, organised, and collaborative
