Job Description
* Provide expertise and delivery of ServiceNow based consulting initiatives
* Communicate technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Ability to convey complex technical concepts in understandable business terms
* Participate in business stakeholder workshops and showcases
* Provide Subject Matter Expertise
Experience Required
* Knowledge of best practice OOTB ServiceNow ITSM and/or other relevant ServiceNow application configuration (CIS ITOM)
* Experience in providing creative solutions to business problems and working with ServiceNow, IT Service Management (ITIL) processes including Asset Management, metrics and key performance indicators
* Team collaboration and communication skills
* Excellent documentation and presentation skills
* Ability to mentor/lead junior team members
