Your Role
The Retail Manager will support the execution of the day‐to‐day operations across the retail showroom including:
Leading & Developing the Team
* Coach, mentor and develop our retail team
Driving Commercial & Operational Excellence
* Own retail performance, including sales budget, labour management and cost control
* Ensure consistent execution of operational standards, policies and procedures
Creating Exceptional Customer Experiences
* Bring The Chocolateries brand story to life through excellent service and immersive in‐store experiences
* Champion service excellence and resolve complex customer issues with confidence
* Model The Chocolateries values of Caring, Commitment and Creativity
* Lead proactive health, safety and wellbeing practices
The position is permanent full time, working 5 days per week and includes working weekend days and public holidays. No nights! The Chocolaterie is open 7 days per week from 9am to 5pm.
