**What You'll Do**:

- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Sales Consultants to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Manage daily operations of the sales department, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all activities.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with your team and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the business and increase market share.
- Monitor inventory and maintain stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Stay updated on the latest BMW models, features, and promotions to effectively communicate with your team.
- Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to create compelling offers and promotions.
- Provide reports and insights to senior management, ensuring goals and KPIs are consistently achieved.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in automotive.
- Experience in prestige vehicle sales is preferred.
- Superior customer skills are a must.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a team to success.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-first mentality with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- A passion for the BMW brand and a deep knowledge of its products.
- A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
