Chief Executive Officer
Our client is an iconic Queensland based specialist manufacturing organisation with operations across multiple countries servicing over 500 clients. In the next phase of its evolution the Board is seeking to appoint an exceptional and experienced executive as the Chief Executive Officer. The organisation has a strong culture built on engineering excellence and innovation and there is a desire to now accelerate to realisation of the business' full potential through profitable growth, innovation and transformational change.

To be successful as the Chief Executive Officer you will have significant experience in leading large and complex international manufacturing oriented businesses such as heavy and complex engineering, mining equipment, construction and earthmoving machinery, or a related industry through building a strong culture across a globally distributed business, proven track record in building efficient systems, go-to-market models and pricing protocols in a growth environment, experience in improving and optimising bespoke low volume high value manufacturing, considerable experience in transformational and cultural change and the ability to credibly drive accountability and performance.
Tertiary engineering or similar qualifications will be highly regarded.
