**About the role**
Barwon Health is seeking a proactive and experienced Executive Assistant for our Corporate Office to provide outstanding and high level support to Barwon Health Executives, including the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Nursing & Midwifery Officer, no two days will be the same. This includes providing effective, efficient and confidential administrative services, which will involve the preparation of correspondence, briefings, providing secretariat support committees, diary management and records management. The Executive Assistant (Corporate Office) will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of office systems that support governance and functions within the responsible directorate, across the corporate office, and Barwon Health's Corporate Office. The Executive Assistant (Corporate Office) will provide an efficient and friendly service to all customers.
