The Role
As a Casual Sales Rep, you'll be front and centre on the shop floor, helping customers gear up for their next adventure while stacking sales.
You'll be responsible for:
* Delivering standout, customer-first service
* Selling with confidence and hitting daily sales targets
* Recommending the right gear based on customer needs
* Keeping the store stocked, clean and presentation-ready
* Supporting the team during busy trade periods
* Learning our systems, POS and product range
Who We're Looking For
You don't need to know everything. You need the right attitude.
You're someone who:
* Loves sales and isn't afraid to talk to people
* Brings energy, confidence and a strong work ethic
* Wants to earn more by performing better
* Enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
* Is available across the week, especially weekends
* Has retail or customer service experience (preferred, not essential)
* Has 12V or automotive knowledge? Big bonus
