* Utilize the latest mobile technology to manage your daily work schedule.
* Manage inventory on your company-provided service van and at customer sites, delivering professional service.
* Gain experience working with Australia's top-tier customer base.

* Participate in an 8-week onboarding and industry-leading training program.
* Perform routine maintenance and complete service work, both reactive and planned.
* Maintain accurate service records of your work.

Typical Tasks and Duties:
* Conduct scheduled and breakdown services with a focus on customer satisfaction.
* Assist in preparing quotes for customers.
* Record and file service notes accurately.
* Participate in training and development, including training less experienced technicians.
* Stay updated on technological advancements, including automation and telematics.
* Keep abreast of industry trends, new products, and services.
* Partner with the company to maximize sales and service opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience as a forklift mechanic or service technician is preferred but not essential.
* Ability to perform scheduled maintenance, safety checks, and repairs.
* Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
