* Preparing and cooking high-quality meals for bistro, specials, and functions
* Maintaining consistency, quality control, and efficient service standards
* Cleaning, maintaining, and organizing the kitchen area
* Assisting with inventory management, ordering, and minimizing wastage
* Collaborating with the Head Chef and kitchen staff
* FOLLOWING food safety and OH&S procedures at all times
This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
