Now as a result of continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Head of SAles to lead their growth across QSR, Foodservice, Retail, Export, and Industrial channels. This is a high-impact role, offering the opportunity to shape strategy, lead a diverse team, and drive national business outcomes.
About the role:
In this role, you will take ownership of the development and execution of structured customer and channel plans, driving long-term growth and market share. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the Foodservice Manager and Customer Service team to ensure operational excellence and a seamless customer experience, while overseeing warehouse operations—including the manager and a team of four—to maintain efficiency and alignment with business objectives. You will develop and execute the Export channel strategy, leveraging global trends to create sustainable growth, and drive new business opportunities across both existing and acquired customers by offering tailored solutions that maximize the full product portfolio. Additionally, you will define product and range strategies across all channels, including private label and branded offerings, and translate market trends and insights into actionable opportunities that enhance both the product portfolio and branded presence.
Skills & experience
The ideal candidate will have proven experience FMCG sales leadership experience, with exposure to both retail and foodservice customers, and a highly commercial mindset with the ability to identify and capture growth opportunities across multiple channels. They will bring experience in both disciplined, structured sales environments and fast-moving, agile business contexts, complemented by a hands-on leadership style and strong strategic thinking, capable of influencing executive decisions. Above all, you will be hungry, results-driven, and passionate about sales and driving business growth.
