Our Credit team is looking for a **Credit Manager.**
**What awaits you?**
- You will be responsible for assisting the steering and guiding of the credit business by ensuring credit decision quality.
- You will be responsible for supporting the provision and presentation of credit exposure analysis in Commercial Finance (CF), Fleet, and risk-relevant retail finance (RRB).
- You will be responsible for analysing and reviewing CF, Fleet, and RRB customers, considering financial statements, debt service capacity, and using various analysis tools to make informed recommendations.
- You will be responsible for managing annual reviews for all CF, Fleet, and risk-relevant businesses to ensure credit risk is managed in terms of Credit Risk Rating System (CRS) rating, guarantees, and collateral.
- You will maintain continuous communication with the Front Office to ensure credit review processes and procedures are adapted according to guidelines.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- A tertiary qualification in Business or Commerce with a major in Accounting and/or Finance.
- Demonstrated experience in the finance industry with exposure to commercial credit functions.
- Possess a strong understanding of company financials and budget / forecasts.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in utilising the Microsoft Office suite, with particular expertise in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
