Cannon Hill office - work close to home

Join a fast-paced team supporting fire safety compliance across government building programs. This role is ideal for someone with strong data entry skills and a keen eye for detail.
About the Role
You will be responsible for processing statutory Yearly Condition Reports from fire contractors, ensuring accurate data entry, communication, and filing. You'll liaise with contractors and internal partners, respond to enquiries, and meet weekly progress targets.
Your duties will include:
High volume data entry - receipt, review and data entry of fire contractors statutory yearly condition reports
Filing of yearly condition reports
Liaising with contractors
Inbox management
Provide a high level of customer service
Updating records and information systems
Provide general administration functions as required.
You
The successful candidates will have strong high volume data entry experience. You will be able to demonstrate the following:
Prior experience providing high volume data entry support
Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel
Knowledge of fire safety of the Building Fire Safety Regulation is an added bonus
Experience within the construction, service coordination/scheduling or government sector is highly desirable
High attention to detail & strong time management skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with recurring tasks
Investigative skills in being able to research, identify and problem solve
