About the Role:
Based in Darwin, you will work with a dedicated team of Family Law professionals. A typical day includes:
* Advising clients on divorce & separation, property settlements, child support, relocations, and matters involving de facto and same-sex couples.
* Regular, empathetic client contact focused on service and outcomes.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Business development and creating solid referral networks.
* Managing case files efficiently.
* Collaborating with a national team of highly experienced family lawyers.
About You:
We are looking for a Lawyer with a minimum of 2-3 years of PAE experience in Family Law. You should be goal-oriented and eager to contribute to our success, with experience in managing your own cases and building referral networks. Strong business acumen, effective time management, and the ability to achieve commercial outcomes are essential. You should also thrive on creating productive networks and referral relationships.
