Capital Partners are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to take ownership of their learning ecosystem—designing programs, elevating capability, and creating a culture where development is embedded in how they work every day.
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll influence learning across all levels of the company.
What you'll be doing
* Design & Deliver
o Create and deliver end-to-end learning experiences for diverse audiences
o Facilitate engaging sessions that are practical, structured and impactful
o Ensure every program is aligned to real capability outcomes
* Build Capability Frameworks
o Conduct needs analysis and map learning to capability frameworks
o Develop career pathways and structured development rhythms
o Align programs to skills progression and business priorities
* Own the Learning Experience
o Manage and evolve the Learning Management System (LMS)
o Keep content fresh, accessible and relevant
o Ensure learning is seamless from enrolment to application
* Drive Insights & Continuous Improvement
o Capture and interpret data (attendance, feedback, capability signals)
o Measure learning effectiveness and transfer
o Continuously refine programs, systems and processes
* Partner Across the Business
o Work with leaders and operational teams on learning needs and priorities
o Support presenters and create a strong learning culture
o Lead vendor/tool selection and implementation where needed
* Manage CPD & Accreditation
o Oversee CPD workflows and tracking systems (e.g. Aspire)
o Ensure compliance while creating meaningful development opportunities

What you'll bring
* You're a well-rounded L&D professional who enjoys both the detail and the big picture
* Experience in learning design, delivery, and program coordination (ideally within professional services)
* Strong facilitation skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
* Experience with LMS platforms, CPD tracking, and learning tools
* A structured approach with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to translate business needs into practical learning solutions
* A continuous improvement mindset—you're always looking to make things better
