What You Will Enjoy Doing
* Deliver technical support and solutions with outstanding customer experience
* Provide resolution of customer complaints effectively and in a timely manner
* Build strong collaborative relationships with your team as well as other departments
* Identify and communicate local growth opportunities and maintain efficient warehouse processes
* Contribute to the overall branch performance
* Process orders accurately and timely in SAP
* Comply with SPW Safety policies and procedures
What Makes You Great
* Experience in a retail sales environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong focus on customer service
* Desirable SAP skills
* Welding, Fabrication or similar trade knowledge would be highly regarded
