In this role you will be responsible for optimising market position and delivering a best in class broker experience. You will identify and develop future business opportunities including distribution, alliances and communicate product requirements. Reporting to the Head of Broker Partnerships and working along with a motivated team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure delivery of visitation plans and in-store activities are executed in-line with agreed Account strategy plan/ focus
- Pro-actively promote HSBC through regular broker reviews
- Manage and drive sales with partnerships
- Suggest effective strategies or actions to resolve and escalate for resolution where appropriate.
Requirements
**Requirements**:
- Strong knowledge / experience in 3rd Party mortgage broker market
- Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships as well as influence and negotiate effectively
- Advanced level of knowledge in HSBC's credit policy is desirable but not essential
- High level communication and organisational skills
- Strong experience in financial services industry
