You are experienced in securing, negotiating and documenting property rights (eg.
land acquisition, easements, potential compulsory acquisitions).
You have experience dealing with landholders and titles.
You have had exposure in the energy and resources sector, which is a bonus.
You have the ability to hit the ground running and work closely with a fast paced team.
You have a minimum of 5 years' experience.
You have a current practising certificate.
You have the right to live and work in Australia.
