Your new role
You'll take ownership of day‑to‑day site operations across a range of commercial fitout projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Many projects are delivered in live, occupied environments, so professionalism, communication, and client engagement are key. Duties will include but not limited to:
* Manage daily site operations across commercial fitout and refurbishment projects
* Coordinate subcontractors, sequencing, and short‑term programming
* Maintain WHS compliance and ensure a clean, safe site
* Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily reporting
* Liaise closely with clients, building managers, and stakeholders in occupied buildings
* Ensure quality workmanship and timely delivery
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor in commercial fitout or refurbishment
* Strong communication and client‑facing skills-comfortable working in live environments
* Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain tight project timelines
* Solid understanding of fitout methodologies, sequencing, and safety requirements
* Professional, organised, and solutions‑focused
