IT plays a vital role in the success of any organisation. As an IT Systems and Network Administrator, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, troubleshooting, maintaining, securing, and monitoring the Information Systems & Technology infrastructure, end-user devices, and applications/software used across our campus.
About this Role:
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Director of Information Systems & Technology to coordinate new projects, major events, and changes to IT Operating Procedures. You will provide timely IT support to staff and students, ensuring they have access to the tools and resources they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, implement, troubleshoot, maintain, secure, and monitor Information Systems & Technology infrastructure, end-user devices, and applications/software
* Provide timely IT support to staff and students
* Work closely with the Director of Information Systems & Technology on new projects, major events, and changes to IT Operating Procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong technical skills, including experience with network administration, hardware and software troubleshooting, and cybersecurity
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and students at all levels
* Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
