To strengthen our Australian team, we are seeking to recruit a Fluency for Imaging Project Manager.Primary ScopeAs a key member of the Australian Implementation & Adoption Team, you are key in providing support and guidance to our customers by answering their requests regarding both server-side and client-side applications and systems that will enable them to make a different in their day-to-day operations such as:Troubleshoot complex application and server side problemsServe as a consultant on hardware and software itemsManage system deployments and upgradesAs the Systems Implementation & Support Analyst, your primary role is to serve as the central technical escalation point within the team. Your focus will be on providing comprehensive technical support and guidance to ensure the stability and satisfaction of our clients. Collaborating closely with Solution Architects, Adoption Specialists, and Implementation Specialists, you will play a pivotal role in all phases of project implementation and support.In addition to providing technical expertise, you will actively engage with customers to ensure their comprehension of the solutions being implemented and align them with their desired project outcomes. Identifying and addressing potential risks that may impact the project's success will be among one of your key duties. You'll be the go-to person anything technical that arise throughout the project lifecycle.This position requires an excellent working knowledge of Fluency for Imaging and associated architecture.We are searching for a person who enjoys learning new technologies and is able to effectively understand how Fluency for Imaging solutions can be used to address customer needs.
