Fluency for Imaging is a complete clinical documentation and workflow management solution that combines advanced front-end speech recognition technology and integrated productivity-enhancing tools for the faster creation of higher-quality diagnostic interpretations.Our closed-loop reporting solution optimizes the user experience and boosts productivity by providing workflow enhancements that are completely integrated into the radiologist’s everyday reporting workflow. These include: Critical Test Results Management (CTRM), imaging peer review, and third-party solutions for greater compliance and patient safety.Being an established market leader in our home market USA, we are rapidly expanding our business in Australia. To strengthen our Australian team, we are seeking to recruit a Fluency for Imaging Project Manager.Primary ScopeAs a key member of the Australian Implementation & Adoption Team, you are key in providing support and guidance to our customers by answering their requests regarding both server-side and client-side applications and systems that will enable them to make a different in their day-to-day operations such as:Troubleshoot complex application and server side problemsServe as a consultant on hardware and software itemsManage system deployments and upgradesAs the Systems Implementation & Support Analyst, your primary role is to serve as the central technical escalation point within the team. Your focus will be on providing comprehensive technical support and guidance to ensure the stability and satisfaction of our clients. Collaborating closely with Solution Architects, Adoption Specialists, and Implementation Specialists, you will play a pivotal role in all phases of project implementation and support.In addition to providing technical expertise, you will actively engage with customers to ensure their comprehension of the solutions being implemented and align them with their desired project outcomes. Identifying and addressing potential risks that may impact the project's success will be among one of your key duties. You'll be the go-to person anything technical that arise throughout the project lifecycle.This position requires an excellent working knowledge of Fluency for Imaging and associated architecture.We are searching for a person who enjoys learning new technologies and is able to effectively understand how Fluency for Imaging solutions can be used to address customer needs. Being part of a growing Australian business unit, you will also help to create new processes, and improve existing processes when needed, including creation of relevant documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse and troubleshoot complex application and/or server-related issues and work with necessary resources (interna/external) to resolve problemServe as a consultant to customers for software related questionsLead conversations with customers about recommended Fluency for Imaging deployment design typesManage system deployments and upgradesAssist with system testing, configuration test and performance testing as requiredServe as the primary escalation point for customer technical issues and work with global resources as neededLog all incidents on our ticket management tool and document all steps taken to resolve the problemLog and document all client technical details to our internal wikiRespond to customer problems (email/phone/tickets) and proactively monitor the health of our client environmentsManage and perform customer change requestsTroubleshoot interface related issues with customers and implement steps to resolutionAssist with setup of interface channels for upcoming projects and production customersAssist with maintenance of Fluency for Imaging databasesAbility to troubleshoot wide range of Windows OS/Network related issuesServe as the primary tech resource for meetings with customer’s IT and 3rd party service providers/vendorsEducationBachelor degree in a relevant domain (computer science, IT, or related) or IT specific certifications (Microsoft, VMware, AWS)Experience3+ years of relevant working experienceStrong affinity with IT and the healthcare industryExperience in a managed service provider support roleExperience working with HL7 and/or interface engine(s)SQL database administrationExperience in XMLUnderstanding of hardware, software and network infrastructureExperience or exposure to speech recognition, RIS, PACS systemsAbility to manage multiple projects and to prioritise completion in a fast-paced environmentAbility to perform L2 level support using ticket management softwareMicrosoft Windows (workstation configuration and troubleshooting)Key CapabilitiesExcellent written and oral communication skillsEnjoys taking on a challenge of troubleshooting complex issues and explaining steps for resolutionAdept at learning to use new technologies and learning new skills quicklyProficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPointAbility to problem solve quickly and effectivelyMust have a technical and detail-oriented mentalityAbility to communicate and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and customersEffective listening, problem solving and critical thinking skillsAbility to manage and resolve conflict with a problem solving mindset and a customer-oriented approachResponds strongly and positively to challenging work and deadlinesAbility to prioritise and follow through on requests and action itemsTime management across multiple projects and customer accountsAbility to interpret technical instructions and communicate the same to clients of various technical skill levelsAbility to follow through on problems and issues, creating procedures and tools to prevent future problemsTeam player mindsetTime management across multiple projects and customer accountsAbility to interpret technical instructions and communicate the same to clients of various technical skill levelsAbility to follow through on problems and issues, creating procedures and tools to prevent future problemsTeam player mindsetSolventum is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in our recruitment process.
