Responsibilities
* Research, analysis, design, modeling, and test of wireless networks including but not limited to radio frequency (RF), microwave systems, data links and digital radio.
* Provide support in the design, development, and testing of radio frequency (RF) and/or microwave systems architecture, components, circuits, or products.
* Track and monitor network traffic and performance to ensure minimal interruption to network transmission.
* Prepare plans, process specifications and procedures.
* Prepare MRP support studies, cost work standards and assignments of similar complexity and magnitude.
* Compile and evaluate test data, prepare technical analysis, and recommend methods and processes required to meet design objectives on new or improved products and/or processes.
* Provide support in technical matters relating to Engineering Change Notices, rework, or other difficulties and specifications of a moderately complex nature.
* Conduct analyses or tests pertaining to the development of new methods, materials, processes or standards and provide recommendations accordingly.
* Coordinate with other technical support personnel.
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent technical training, certification(s) or experience
* Experience: 2+ years of related experience
* Certification: Candidate must possess an appropriate and current DoD 8570/8140 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Certification to be considered for employment. CompTIA Security+ CE Certification is the preferred certification.
* Security Clearance Level: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
