The purpose of the Retail & Outbound Inventory Administrator is to support with the administration of the Retail orders, delivery management and the inventory of the main, outbound warehouse where the stocks are picked from for the Retail orders and the Corporate Wholesale (CWS) and Online location transfers.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Support with the committing of transfer orders into the relevant systems.
- Ensure orders are completed in line with any special instructions from Retail Operations, in particular for campaign orders and seasonal orders.
- Dispatch orders on time using an appropriate transport method. Liaise with transport providers as necessary to deliver the highest possible level of customer service to our customers.
- Liaise with transport companies following up orders.
- Maintain data integrity through correctly processing item fulfillments.
- Manage exceptions as they occur solving resource, materials and logistic problems.
- Provide daily written and verbal communication to management and other stakeholders, communicating daily team output.
- Coordinate with the Supply Chain team in terms of weekly workload and prioritising orders.
- Maintain good working relationships with Suppliers, Transport Providers & Internal departments.
- Support with Retail Transfer Order commitments where required.
- Coordinate and perform a weekly cycle count process including variance investigation, working with relevant stakeholders of the main warehouse.
