The Global Financial Crime Unit provides a centre of excellence for the provision of Fraud Risk Management services on a global basis. The function is organised with clear accountability, increased transparency of risks, appropriate level of stature and a culture that encourages independent and effective challenge.

Reporting to the Regional Financial Crime Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting with prevention of fraud and risk across all our Australian business units.
**Some of your key responsibilities will include**:
- Identification (communicating red flags to the business and deploying appropriate monitoring systems, tool and auditing)
- Prevention (creating and deploying the fraud risk management framework and policy, creating and rolling out fraud control risk assessments to each business unit, internal and external fraud awareness training, identifying and disseminating best and worst practices globally, and advising the business on preventative controls)
- Deterring (responding to emerging fraud typologies and ensuring the business undertake actions to reduce the potential for fraudulent activity)
- Response (internal and external fraud investigations, IP theft and relevant integrity breach investigations, and associated procedures, practices, and root cause analysis and corrective action)
- Reporting and Escalation (implementing and deploying appropriate reporting and escalation protocols and requirements).
