**About the role**
This fantastic opportunity is for a highly motivated multi-site Store Manager, to lead a dedicated retail sales team, as the new Cluster Store Manager at our Gepps Cross and Mile End locations.
The Cluster Store Manager role also manages the Adelaide pop-up / kiosk sites at various local shopping centres.
**Responsibilities**
- Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
- Lead, mentor and inspire a high performing sales team
- Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance
- Lead by example, including achieving personal sales targets
- Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
- Oversee stock and store operations
- Executing company local marketing campaigns, and business networking
**Qualifications, skills and experience**
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- A willingness to learn new skills and an eagerness to further develop your current leadership skills
- Demonstrated experience in running a successful sales team
- Multi-site sales management experience preferred, but not essential
- A track record of achieving KPIs and targets at a previous organisation
- Customer centric with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work a 7 day a week on a rotating roster is essential

**Salary**: $90,071.62 - $124,440.24 per year
