Your role as a Home Lending Specialist (known internally as a Customer Relationship Manager) is to deliver an exceptional experience by working with customers to meet their end-to-end banking needs.
Whether you're guiding first home buyers create a plan to purchase, or supporting a seasoned investor, you'll play an integral part of helping our customers through the lending journey and driving growth.

* Building strong, relationship-centric connections with the community, the branch, and Branch Manager to deliver effective lending outcomes for customers.

This is a permanent, full-time position located in Aspendale Gardens. The roster is 76 hours per fortnight.
To succeed in this role, you'll consistently deliver exceptional customer service. We'd love you to have:
* Extensive experience in customer service or sales.
* A high level of understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations.
* An ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly, assess their needs and develop a holistic view of their situation.
* Highly developed credit analysis skills.
* An understanding of small business offerings.
* Consumer lending experience – this is essential.
