Job Title:
Facility Operations Manager
As a Facility Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our facility. This includes overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of the premises, managing waste and cleaning services, and ensuring that all health and safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of cleaners and maintenance staff to ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and well-maintained
* Coordinate with contractors to manage waste and cleaning services
* Ensure that all health and safety standards are met, including infection control and workplace health and safety
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the cleaning and maintenance operations
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as cleanliness scores and customer satisfaction levels
Requirements:
* 3-5 years experience in a similar role or in a related field, such as facilities management or hospitality
* Proven track record of managing teams and implementing improvements in efficiency and effectiveness
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, contractors, and external partners
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
* Knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations, including WHS policy and procedures
