The Account Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner looking to transition into an Account Management role. The Account Manager role is pivotal within our organization, responsible for managing a number of Martian Logic's key enterprise accounts. This career pivot will enable you to fully leverage your technology skill-sets and exceptional people skills.
Your key responsibilities will primarily focus on increasing revenue/share of wallet within your customer accounts and customer retention. This is a high‐touch role; most of your energies will be focused on liaising with key senior leadership teams, typically HR Directors, CPOs, CIOs, etc.
The Ideal Candidate
* 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, wishing to explore a new and exciting challenge while remaining within the HR sector.
* Comfortable communicating and presenting to C‐suite executives, with an innate ability to develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships.
* Commercially savvy, often recognized for superior commercial / business acumen.
* Ability to plan, forecast, and create a clear business strategy aimed at expanding and retaining the designated customer accounts.
* Self‐motivated, energetic, driven, hungry to learn and develop skill‐sets, creative, solution‐driven, tenacious, and resilient.
* Will travel interstate at times.

* Salary, dependent on experience, between $120,000‐$140,000 plus super (OTE circa $180,000‐$200,000). Uncapped commissions.
