About the Role
An exciting full-time opportunity is now available for an experienced Administration Manager with a background in shopping centre operations.
This role supports the day-to-day operations of two centres located in South Brisbane, with time split on-site between both locations. Reporting directly to the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for a range of administrative functions including accounts payable and receivable, leasing administration, tenancy-related charges, and marketing support.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage tenant billing, including monthly invoicing, annual rent increases, extended trade charges, and ad-hoc tenant charges.
* Handle accounts receivable and payable, including debt control, arrears management, receipting payments, and reconciling the bank account.
* Maintain lease records in MRI, including tenancy schedules, lease renewals, documentation, insurances, and bank guarantees.
* Perform tenant and expense reconciliations and ensure billing accuracy through regular data audits.
* Coordinate onsite marketing events and assist with promotional materials and data collection.
* Maintain accurate tenant databases, contact lists, and manage incoming retailer enquiries and sales figure reporting.
* Support daily Centre operations through inspections, contractor coordination, and addressing HSE issues.
* Provide front office support, including reception duties, incident report assistance, and general customer service.
* Contribute to team meetings, implement best practices, and support the Centre Manager with ad-hoc tasks as required.
Skills and experience required for this role
* Experience with MRI or similar property management software
* Shopping centre experience highly desirable
* Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
* Capable of performing under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
