About the opportunity
Based in Geraldton, Altrad are seeking a proactive Site Administrator on a 8&6 roster, to join our team and provide essential support across site operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth delivery of project administration, safety, document control, workforce coordination, and reporting functions. You'll work closely with site leadership and a multi-disciplinary team, contributing to the efficient, safe, and compliant execution of works.

In this role, you will:
* Provide comprehensive site-based administrative support including accurate data entry, filing, document formatting, and general office coordination.
* Consolidate daily timesheets and reports, assist with weekly payroll processing, and support planners with periodic reporting requirements.
* Coordinate site logistics including travel bookings, accommodation, visitor access requests, stationery ordering, and PPE tracking.
* Support document control, training records, material tracking (including PRONTO receipting and stocktakes), and quality documentation processes.
* Deliver proactive customer‐focused support to the site team, supervisors, and workforce while building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.

About you
You're an organised, proactive, and results‐driven professional who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys contributing to meaningful outcomes.
2‐5 years' administration experience in an engineering or contracting environment, ideally within the coating and insulation industry.
Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), with experience in systems such as PRONTO and Ariba desirable.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail, excellent multi‐tasking abilities, and the initiative to work both independently and within a team.
Comfortable working in a diverse, multi‐cultural workforce and willing to support a broad range of on‐site and off‐site administrative tasks as required.
